Restore was built for people who take their bodies seriously. Located in the heart of Carroll Gardens, our studio is staffed exclusively by licensed massage therapists with a minimum of five years of clinical experience — no upcharges, no pressure to buy products, just excellent bodywork.

Our approach is therapeutic first. We specialize in deep tissue work, sports recovery, and postural correction, while also offering excellent Swedish and relaxation massages for those who simply need to decompress. Every session ends with notes and stretching recommendations from your therapist.

The space is clean, calm, and intentionally simple. We keep our treatment rooms free from ambient noise, use premium unscented oils for sensitive clients, and maintain flexible scheduling with early morning and evening slots to work around your day.
